How are funds spent?

The TYZ Ecosystem promises to provide expense reports after each crowdsale. The reports will contain information on direct and general expenses, including technical documentation, development, marketing and other costs. This promotes transparency and openness of financial activities.

These steps and approaches to financial management and transparency will help strengthen the trust of users and investors in the TYZ Ecosystem, ensuring more stable and sustainable development of the project.

Overhead costs include the cost to an organization to support development, maintain, and manage the ecosystem. This part of the reporting will include items such as legal services, marketing, administrative staff, transaction costs, etc.

To ensure full transparency, we will indicate our own costs that will not be reimbursed by the ecosystem. All cost items that we indicate will necessarily be Economically justified and documented.

“CostBook” register will be compiled and available for examination, containing documents on expenses for a given period. It will include all the expense items listed above.

A separate expense item is ensuring the liquidity of the token on the exchange. It will definitely be taken into account in the register of expenses for crowdsale #3, after which the listing of the TYZ token on the exchange is planned.

We cover all costs prior to the crowdsale at our own expense. And after the end of the sales stage, we will compensate the expenses incurred from the proceeds. If actual expenses are partially covered, then this is our budget planning deficiency, which will be covered with our own funds without involving funds from the community and investors.
